我国海洋第三产业发展特征分析及对策研究

Developmental Characteristics Analysis of Marine Tertiary Industry in China and Its Strategies

论述了我国海洋第三产业主要包括海洋交通运输业、滨海旅游业以及海洋服务业等的发展特征,据此提出应强化我国海洋第三产业的信息服务功能,完善海洋综合信息系统;全国统一规划、地方分工协调,优化海洋第三产业内部结构;加大科技和教育对海洋第三产业的投入;并科学地确定海洋第三产业的合理规模。

The developmental characteristics of Chinese marine tertiary industry,which mainly includes marine transportation,coastal tourism and marine services,were introduced.According to these characteristics,the suggestions were proposed that it should strengthen information service function of marine tertiary industry,perfect marine comprehensive information system;unified planning in whole country and division of work and coordination in local,internal structure optimization of marine tertiary industry;enhancing input of scientific technology and education to marine tertiary industry;scientifically determining the rational scale of marine tertiary industry.
