裂叶星果草群落主要物种的种间关联性研究

The Interspecific Associations among the Dominant Species of Asteropyrum cavaleriei Community

对裂叶星果草群落进行调查,运用种间联结指数及2×2列联表的χ2统计量,分别测定了裂叶星果草群落中物种间的总体关联性和群落中主要植物物种的种对间的联结性。结果表明:群落物种总体表现出一定程度的正关联。群落中10种主要植物物种的45个种对中,有25个种对表现出正关联,有17个种对表现出负关联,有3个种对表现为相互独立的关系,正负关联种对数比例接近1.5∶1。裂叶星果草与其他9个物种之间有4个种对表现为正关联,4个种对表现为负关联,但均未达到显著水平,1个种对表现为相互独立的关系。

Based on the field survey,the total-species-association and the interspecific associations among the main species of Asteropyrum cavaleriei community were analyzed by using the index of interspecies association and χ^2 statistic of 2×2 contingency table.The results showed that the overall species of this community demonstrated positive correlation.In 45 species pairs of the 10 main dominant species in the community,there were 25 species pairs with positive correlation,and 17 species pairs with negative correlation,while 3 species pairs with no correlation.The ratio of positive correlation to negative correlation is about 1.5∶1.There were positive correlation between Asteropyrum cavaleriei and four other species（Pellionia radicans Wedd,Epimedium sagittatum Maxim,Ophiorrhiza cantoniensis Hance,Prenanthes tatarinowii Maxim）,negative correlation between Asteropyrum cavaleriei and four other species（Lysimachia paridiformais Franch,Viola schneideri Beck,Sanicula orthacantha Moore,Dryopteris subtenuicula Ching et Chiu）,but not anyone reached significant level,and no correlation between A.cavaleriei and Corydalis temulifolia Franch.
