探讨了农村住房改建在社会主义新农村建设中的必然趋势与应遵循的基本原则,提出了农村住房改建中的"城中村、镇中村、中心村和自然村"4种模式,以及协调农村住房改建这一项巨大而又复杂的系统工程中相关问题的主要政策。

The inexorable trends of rural housing reconstruction in new socialist rural construction and its basic principles were discussed.Then,four modes of rural housing reconstruction（village in city,village in town,central village and natural village） and the main policies for relevant problems in coordinating rural housing reconstruction system were proposed.
