摘要 提出了一种针对轮毂式两轮驱动电动轮椅的差速控制及驱动系统的实现方案。综合各项参数设计出合理的速度协调控制方法,通过串行通讯使两个独立的电机控制器构成的主从控制系统具有同步平滑起动、速度稳定安全的特性和过流、过压和过热保护功能。 A design of the differential speed control and drive system, suitable for a two-wheel drive to the wheel-hub power wheelchair was presented. Synthetizing the various kinds of parameters, the control system focusing on the reasonable method of dual-motor coordinated control was designed. By means of the serial communication, the master-slave control system consisting of two separate motor controllers possessed the advantages of smooth synchronous start, stable and secure speed, as well as the over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection functions.
