Observation on dust exposure of coal mine workers and their lipid peroxidative levels

摘要 目的为了解煤矿粉尘接触和人群脂质过氧化水平。方法检测煤矿粉尘接触量和人群脂质过氧化水平。结果矿井巷道和采煤面粉尘浓度低于国家标准,装渣、放炮作业和各工种一次最高浓度均超国标。除矿井出风口外,地面各监测点可吸入粉尘均在容许范围。粉尘接触人群SOD活性降低,井下工人MDA增加,吸烟者更显著,煤工尘肺患者两项指标同时提高。结论提示煤尘接触引起人群脂质过氧化代谢紊乱,紊乱程度和粉尘接触量有关。 Objective In order to study the levels of lipid peroxidation of workers exposed to coal mine dust. Methods Dust concentration of mine area and the levels of lipid peroxidation of workers exposed to coal mine dust were studied. Results The results showed that dust concentrations of different sampling sites mostly within the standard,except that of wind vent.The average dust concentration in mining tunneling,coal face or coal stope was also close to the national standard.However,the levels from loading slag and blasting work,had shown to be once beyond the standard.SOD activity of the population exposed to light dust concentration(ground workers)decreased.The over standard dust could cause SOD come down and MDA go up.These two indexes in coal workers' pneumoconiosis(CWP) patients increased,among which SOD activities of smokers were higher than that of smokers in non CWP,but closed to that of non smoking CWP. Conclusion This study suggested that coal dust might cause metabolic disorder in term of lipid peroxidation on exposed workers,the dust exposure level might influence the disorder degree.Smoking would be an accelerating factor in development of CWP.
