摘要
目的为探讨TNT接触对神经行为功能影响。方法采用WHO神经行为核心测试组合(NCTB)并结合因子分析方法研究TNT接触对神经行为功能的影响。TNT接触工人共59名,平均尿DNAT浓度为277mg/L,对照工人共53名,平均尿DNAT浓度为063mg/L。结果TNT接触对工人的记忆力及心理运动有影响,尿DNAT水平与第三因子得分存在剂量-反应关系。结论提示TNT对心理运动稳定度的影响有特异性。
Objective In order to study neuropsychological effects of TNT exposure. Methods Neuropsychological effects of TNT exposure were studied with WHO NCTB and factor analysis in 59 workers occupationally exposed to TNT and 53 nonexposed controls with mean urinary DNAT levels of 2.77 mg/L and 0 63 mg/L respectively. Results The results showed that there was an adverse effect on worker's memory and mental motion due to TNT exposure.It also showed a dose response between the level of urine DNAT and the third factor. Conclusion The results suggested that TNT might have the articular effect to the stability of mental motion.
