摘要
目的为研究刺蛾幼虫致病性物质成份,以探讨刺蛾幼虫皮炎的致病机理及其治疗。方法采用“O”号毛笔刺激刺蛾幼虫释放毒素,再用0℃蒸馏水制备毒素洗脱液,并用考马氏亮蓝G-250染色法检测该毒素洗脱液成份;然后用该洗脱液接种人体皮肤进行致病性研究。结果测得毒素洗脱液中有蛋白质存在;该毒素洗脱液直接接种人体皮肤可致皮炎,若将其加热后再接种人体无致病作用。结论由此进一步证实该毒素洗脱液的致病物质为蛋白质类毒素。
Objective The composition of pathogenic substance of eucleid caterpillar was studied. Methods The substance is supposed to be a kind of toxin, its releasing was provoked by a writing brush, then toxin solution was prepared with distilled water, and detected the composition of the solution by Commassia Briliant Blue G-250 staining. The solution was vaccinated into human skin to study the pathogenicity of the toxin.Results As a result, protein was found to exist in the solution; direct vaccination of the solution gave rise to dermatitis, but no symptom if vaccination with boiled solution. Conclusion It indicated that the pathogenic composition of the pathogenic substance was probably a kind of protein toxin.
