摘要
本文依据Fuzzy集合论中的综合评判原理,提出了材料切削加工性综合评判的数学模型.文章用等级矩阵以及与之对应的一组从U到V的Fuzzy映射,先完成单因素评判,并且利用等级矩阵,对综合评判矩阵进行再度综合;最后,应用此模型对四种材料的切削加工性进行了综合评判,效果良好.
Based on the Multi-factorial Evaluation Principle in the Fuzzy Set thoery, a mathematical model of machinability evaluation is established. By means of grading matrix and a Fuzzy Casting from U to V, the single-factor evaluation is accomplished. Using the grading matrix, the initial evaluation results have been calculated into single indexes. As an application of this model, the evaluations of machinabilities have been calculated successfully to four kinds of matrials.
