输卵管妊娠药物保守治疗后生殖能力的临床研究

Clinical Research of Reproductive State after Conservative Medication in Tubal Pregnancy

目的探讨输卵管妊娠药物保守治疗后患侧输卵管通畅情况、再次妊娠情况。方法 100例输卵管妊娠患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组:A组50例用中药+米非司酮治疗;B组50例用中药+甲氨蝶呤治疗。观察两组治疗后患侧输卵管通畅情况、1年内再次妊娠情况。结果保守治疗后治愈率A组为74.0%,B组为92.0%,B组治愈率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组输卵管通畅满意率为46.0%,B组满意率为48.0%,1年内宫内妊娠率A组为44.0%,B组为50.0%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠患者行药物保守治疗治愈率高,治疗后并获得较高的宫内妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the ipsilateral tubal patency and the consecutive pregnancy outcome after conservative medication in tubal pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 tubal pregnancy patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in group A received the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and mifepristone,while the patients in group B received the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and MTX.Observed the ipsilateral tubal patency and the consecutive pregnancy outcome in one year after treatment.Results The cure rate of group A was 74.0% after treatment,which was significantly lower than that of 91.0% in group B（P0.05）.In group A,the content rate of tubal patency was 46.0%,the consecutive intrauterine pregnancy rate in one year was 44%,while those in group B were 48.0% and 80.0%,respectively,there were no significantly difference between group A and B（P0.05）.Conclusion The cure rate and the consecutive intrauterine pregnancy rate of conservative medication in tubal pregnancy was high.
