摘要 目的研究丝毛飞廉总黄酮对CCL4所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.方法以小鼠为实验对象,腹腔注射0.1% CCl4造模,丝毛飞廉总黄酮为实验药物,最后测定小鼠脏器指数、血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量以及小鼠肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果模型组脏器指数明显高于空白组,且血清ALT与AST均明显增高,表明CCl4造成的小鼠化学性肝损伤实验模型建立成功;丝毛飞廉总黄酮给药组与造模组比较,小鼠脏器指数、血清中AST、ALT含量以及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量均有显著性差异.结论丝毛飞廉总黄酮对CCL4所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有很好的保护作用. Objective Research the protection of total flavonoids from Garduus crispus L for mice liver injury by CCl4-induced models. Methods This experiment use mice as experimental object and make the model by intraperitoneal injection 0.1%CCl4.This experiment use flavonoids from Garduus crispus L as experimental drug. At last through the mice viscera index, biochemical, ALT levels as well as the AST mouse liver super oxide dismutase SOD activity organization and malondialdehyde MDA content determination, to observe the influence of liver damage with the flavonoids in mice. Results Chemical liver injury in comparison with the control model group, the model group was obviously higher than placebo visceral index and ALT and were significantly higher, show the AST carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) copy mice chemical liver damage test model success, Each medicine group of visceral index significantly better model group (P〈0.05), the treatment group than in the model group, the AST ALT decreased significantly (P〈0.05), liver SOD in model group, MDA content increased significantly in model group significantly reduced. Flavonoids from the plant can effectively resist the mice liver damage caused by CCl4. Conclusion Flavonoids from the plant Garduus crispus. L can effectively resist the mice liver damage caused by CCl4.
