摘要
目的研究生白片（ＳＢ）对ＤＮＡ损伤修复的作用。方法观察再生障碍性贫血（ＡＡ）患者服用“生白片”（ＳＢ）前后ＳＣＥ值的变化。结果ＡＡ的ＳＣＥ值为１３．０５７，显著高于正常对照的９．１８（Ｐ＜０．０５），服用ＳＢ后ＳＣＥ值显著降低为１１．３１５（Ｐ＜０．０５），与正常对照无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论ＡＡ具有明显的ＤＮＡ损伤。
Objective Study on Shengbai Tablets'( SB) action of reducing the frequency of sister chromatid exchanges in patients with aplastic anemia(AA).Method SCE frequency were studied in 15 cases of AA before and after SB tablets were taken.Result The SCE frequency is 13.057 significantly higher than normal (P<0.05).Conclusion After using SB tablets,it is 11.315,there is no difference compaired with normal(P>0.05).
