维吾尔族男性不育症危险因素对照研究

A case control study on the risk factors of the Uygur male infertility

目的探讨维吾尔族男性不育症的危险因素。方法对133例不育症患者进行1:1配对病例对照研究。结果 Logi stic回归分析显示,与维吾尔族男性不育症有关联的危险因素是:(1)食用棉籽油(OR=5.72,95%CI:1.20～27.33);(2)吸烟(OR=8.60,95%CI:2.52～29.34);(3)生殖系统疾病史(OR=8.347,95%CI:1.027～67.846);(4)结核病史(OR=4.3 2,9 5%CI:1.1 6～1 6.07);(5)婚外性生活史(OR=3.66,95%CI:1.21～1 1.01);(6)性病史(OR=5.49,95%CI:1.38～21.85)。结论本研究显示:男性不育症是由多种危险因素导致的。应从改变不良的生活习惯及行为方式,早期积极治疗影响生殖健康的疾病以预防不育症的发生。

Objective To study the risk factors of the Uygur male infertility. Methods Paired case control study including 133 cases and control group with a ratio of 1：1 was done in the study. Results Logistic regression shows that the risk factors of the Uygur male infertility were eating rude cotton seed oil （OR=5.72, 95%CI：1.20-27.33）, smoking（OR=8.60, 95%CI： 2.52-29.34）, history of the reproductive system diseases （OR=8.347, 95%CI： 1.027-67.846）, tuberculosis （OR=4.32, 95%CI： 1.16-16.07）, history of multiple sex partner （OR=3.66, 95%CI： 1.21-11.01） and history of sexually transmitted diseases （OR=5.49, 95%CI： 1.38-21.85）. Conclusion These results suggested that many risk factors were associated with the Uygur male infertility. To change risky behavior and unhealthy life style, as well as early therapy for reproductive system diseases will be helpful to prevent male infertility.
