摘要
目的探讨健康教育对输精管结扎(男扎)后遗症患者生活质量的影响。方法将28例结扎后遗症患者随机分成两组实验组和对照组(每组14例)。两组均给予临床保守治疗,实验组结合健康教育干预。通过问卷调查,比较两组患者生殖健康知识知晓率和生活质量情况。结果实验组生殖健康知识知晓率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在躯体功能、心理功能、生活质量方面也高于对照组,差异也具统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康教育对提高男扎后遗症患者的自我保健意识、改善生活质量作用明显。
Objective To analyze the influence of health education on life quality of sequela patients after vasectomy. Methods Total of 28 patients was divided randomly into the experimental group and the control group （14 patients in each group）, They all received conservative treatment, meawhile, patients supplemented with health education intervenation in the experimental group Understanding of reproductive health knowledge and life quality of patients were evaulated by the questionnaire investigation. Results For all test patients, understanding of reproductive health knowledge, constitutional function, mental function and life quality in the experimental group were obviously better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Health education might be very important for improving the self-health care consciousness and life quality of the sequela patients after vasectomy.
