采用骨端钢板治疗股骨粗隆部骨折53例报告

Trochanteric Fracture of the Femur Treated with Bone end Plate.

探讨骨端钢板治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法：股骨粗隆部骨折复位后采用骨端钢板内固定，钢板骨端与近骨折段固定２～３枚６．５ｍｍ半牙螺钉，钢板体部与远骨折段固定至少３～４枚４．５ｍｍ全牙螺钉，小粗隆骨块应尽量进行复位固定。结果：经临床应用５３例、４１例经４个月～６年随访，按黄公怡评定标准：本组优良率为９２．７％。结论：采用骨端钢板治疗股骨粗隆部骨折，具有手术操作简便，内固定确实等优点，尤其适用于全身情况差，需尽快结束手术的病例。

Objective:To research operative procedure and results of treatment of the femoral trochanteric fracture by bone end plate.Methods:The fractures of the trochanteric part of the femur were reduced and then fixed with bone end plate.Bone end part of bone end plate and proximal part of fracture were fixed with 2 to 3 cancellous screws.Body part of bone end plate and the distal part of fracture were fixed with 3 to 4 cortical screws.The fractured part of lesser trochanter were reduced and fixed as effective as possible.Results:41 patients of 53 cases were followed up from 4 months to 6 years.The excellent and good results were obtained in 92 7% of the patients according to Huangs assay system.Conclusions:The bone end plate is effective for the treatment of the fracture of the trochanter part of the femur because of its advantage of a simple procedure with less operative trauma and strong fixation.This technique is particularly advised for patients with poor condition who require saving time in operation.
