心脉龙注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xinmailong Injection for Congestive Heart-Failure

心脉龙注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭100例，多巴酚丁胺对照治疗100例。试验结果，心脉龙治疗组显效率37％，有效率89％，治疗组与对照组比较，有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。心脉龙对右心衰、全心衰、心功能Ⅱ级～Ⅲ级疗效明显，均优于多巴酚丁胺对照组。治疗组对气虚血瘀型和心气阴虚型疗效分别为93．35％和88.46％，与对照组比有显著性差异（P＜0.01和P＜0.05）。

100 patients who had congestive heart-failure were treated with Xinmailong injection and another 100 patients in control group received dobutamine. Results showed that the treatment group got marked effective rate of 37% and total effective rate of 89%.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.01). Xinmailong had significant curative effect for right heart-failure,whole heart-failure and Ⅱ~Ⅲ grades of cardiac function, which was better than that of dobutamine. In treatment group, the effective rate of patients with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis was 93. 35% and that of patients with syndrome of heart qi and yin deficiency was 88. 46%, there were significant difference in comparison with the control group(P<0. 01,P<0.05).
