摘要
以浙江省临安市太湖源镇白沙村为例,分析了集体林权制度改革对森林旅游的影响,认为集体林权制度改革促进了护树、造林和生态环境保护,带动了林副产品开发及旅游相关产业发展。指出了现有林权制度下发展森林旅游应注意的问题,以期推动我国森林旅游业能更好更快地发展。
In this paper,Baisha village,Lin＇an City,Zhejiang Province,was taken as an example to analyze theeffect of the reform of the collective forest right system on forest tourism.It analyzes the impact of collective foresttenure reform on forestry tourism,and indicates that collective forest tenure reform helps to protect forests and afforestation and environmental protection,the development of forest products and related tourism industry.Somesuggestions were put forward according to the existing problems in developing forest tourism under the new forestrypolicy to make forest tourism develop fast and well.
