摘要
文章从开放性、外向性、神经质、相容性和尽责性5个维度进行描述,设计林业基层工作人员胜任特征自评问卷进行调查,发现个性特征对基层林业人员胜任特征有重要影响。指出进行林业基层工作人员选录工作时,应优先选择神经质得分低,外向性、开放性、宜人性和尽责性得分较高的林业工作者。了解个性特征对林业基层工作者胜任特征的影响可以为基层干部选聘、岗位配置等工作提供科学依据。
From the opening,extraversion,nervousness,compatibility and conscientious,design the competentforestry questionnaires,individual feature on forestry workers competence characteristics are the most important.The local forestry staff whose neurotic scored lower,extraversion,openness,agreeableness and conscientious offorestry workers of higher scores can be chosed.It can provide the scientific basis for appointing qualified cadresat the local.
