血小板活化因子(PAF)受体mRNA在人睾丸组织和精子的表达

The expressions of platelet activating factor receptor mRNA in human testes and spermatozoa

本文应用ＲＴＰＣＲ和序列测定研究了人睾丸组织和精子内血小板活化因子受体（ＰＡＦＲ）ｍＲＮＡ的表达。结果证实（１）人睾丸组织和精子表达ＰＡＦＲｍＲＮＡ；（２）ＰＡＦＲｃＤＮＡ序列与人其它组织ＰＡＦＲｃＤＮＡ序列完全一致。结果提示：人睾丸组织和精子有ＰＡＦＲ的ｍＲＮＡ表达。

The expressions of platelet activating factor receptor mRNA in human testes and spermatozoa were determined by using RT PCR and sequence analysis in this paper.The results showed:1.platelet activating factor receptor mRNA is expressed in human testes and spermatozoa.2.The sequence of cDNA for platelet activating factor receptor is the same with other cells in human.Therefore,the study suggest that platelet activating factor is one of regulated factors for human reproduction.
