舒马曲坦注射剂与麦角胺咖啡因片剂治疗偏头痛的比较

Sumatriptan injection vs ergotamine and caffeine tablet in treating migraine

目的：比较舒马曲坦注射剂与麦角胺咖啡因片剂治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法：７２例偏头痛病人分为２组，舒马曲坦组４０例（男性４例，女性３６例；年龄４０ａ±ｓ１５ａ）用舒马曲坦６ｍｇ，ｓｃ；麦角胺咖啡因组３２例（男性６例，女性２６例；年龄３９ａ±１６ａ），口服麦角胺咖啡因２片。结果：用药２ｈ后，舒马曲坦组和麦角胺咖啡因组完全缓解率分别为７０％和３１％，总缓解率为８８％和５０％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。用药１５ｍｉｎ至２ｈ，舒马曲坦组缓解率、起效速度均明显优于麦角胺咖啡因组，１５ｍｉｎ和２ｈ时分别为２５％和６％，８８％和５０％，（Ｐ＜０．０１）。２组不良反应均轻微短暂。结论：舒马曲坦注射剂治疗偏头痛优于麦角胺咖啡因片剂。

AIM: To compare the efficacies of sumatriptan injection (Sum) vs ergotamine and caffeine tablet (Erg) on migraine. METHODS: Seventy_two patients with migraine were divided into 2 groups. The Sum group of 40 patients (M 4, F 36, age 40 a±s 15 a) received sumatriptan 6 mg sc. The Erg group of 32 patients (M 6, F 26, age 39 a±16 a) received ergotamine and caffeine tablet 2 tab, po. RESULTS: Two hours after dosing, the complete remission rates were 70% vs 31%, and the total clinical remission rates were 88% vs 50%(P<0.01). From 15 min to 2 h after dosing, sumatriptan was superior to ergotamine and caffeine tablet at the rate of remission, 25% vs 6% at 15 min; 88% vs 50% at 2 h, respectively (P<0.01). The adverse reactions were all mild. CONCLUSION: Sumatriptan injection is superior to ergotamine and caffeine tablet.
