摘要
用整骨理筋的沉腰加压法、定点斜扳法、强迫抬腿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症，共观察６２例，结果痊愈３９例，显效１１例，有效１０例，无效２例，并从生物力学的角度对三法的原理作了诠释。
Clinical observation was conducted on 62 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated by the lumbus_sinking and pressure method for setting bone and regulating tendon,the fixed lateral pulling method and the passive leg_raising method.The results showed cure in 39 cases,obvious effectiveness in 11 cases,effectiveness in 10 cases and failure in 2 cases.In this article,the principles of the three methods are explained from biomechanics.
