高血压患者血清尿酸水平的测定及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察高血压患者血清尿酸水平的改变及其临床意义。方法检测166例高血压患者及148例正常血压者的血清尿酸水平。结果高血压病患者血清尿酸水平明显高于正常血压者(P<0.01),2级高血压患者血尿酸水平明显高于1级高血压患者(P<0.01),3级高血压患者血尿酸水平又明显高于2级高血压患者(P<0.01)。结论高血压患者血清尿酸水平升高,血清尿酸水平升高的程度与高血压的临床分级有关,动态监测血清尿酸水平有助于了解高血压病的病情发展,治疗高血压的同时要高度重视高尿酸血症的治疗。
