结合古今文献,对肺间质纤维化的病名、病因病机进行了分析、阐述。认为中医的肺萎、肺痹、络病与西医肺间质纤维化相吻合;其病因病机为本虚标实,因虚致痰、致瘀,痰瘀互结痹阻肺络而发病,并且具有上盛下虚的特点。

To analyze and explain the name of disease,cause and pathogenesis of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis on basis of ancient and modern literature.It think that lung-flaccidity,lung stagnation,collateral disease of TCM consistent with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.The causes and pathogenesis are deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Phlegm and blood stasis caused by deficiency.The incidence of lung as a result of blockage of pulmonary collateral of phlegm and blood stasis.The characteristics of pathogenesis is excess in the upper and deficiency in the lower.
