摘要
目的观察复方含氯消毒剂现场消毒效果及其对环境物品和植物的影响。方法采用现场消毒试验方法,对该消毒剂杀灭物体表面细菌的效果及其对物体和生长植物影响进行了试验观察。结果用含有效氯1 000mg/L以上的复方含氯消毒剂,喷洒消毒作用20 min以上,对物体表面和新鲜植物表面上污染的自然菌杀灭率可达100%。该消毒剂喷洒到物体表面无损坏作用,不损害植物生长。结论该消毒剂对环境物体表面上细菌杀灭效果可靠,无腐蚀性,对植物无损害。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect on the spot and impacts on the objects and plants of a compound chlorine disinfectant.Methods Field disinfection test was used to observe the germicidal effect against surface bacteria and impacts on the surroundings and plants growing of this disinfectant.Results The killing rate of natural bacteria on the surface of objects and plants exposed to the compound chlorine disinfectant containing available chlorine 1 000 mg/L for 20 min achieved 100%.This disinfectant had no harmful effect on objects and plants.Conclusion This disinfectant is of good germicidal effect on the natural bacteria,non-corrosive,without harmful effect on the growth of plants.
