摘要
目的研究医院环境中分离的革兰阴性杆菌对常用消毒剂的抗性及其与质粒的相关性。方法采用肉汤稀释法和基因检测方法,测定了4种消毒剂对从医院环境中分离的3种革兰阴性杆菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度以及质粒携带情况。结果所试验的3种革兰阴性杆菌对4种消毒剂的MIC和MBC值相差2~16倍,同一种试验菌对不同消毒剂的MIC和MBC值相差约2倍。不同种类试验菌含有的质粒数量和大小不同,标准菌株大肠杆菌未测出质粒。结论医院环境中分离的革兰阴性杆菌对常用消毒剂的抗药性主要来自于细菌种属间差异,同种细菌对消毒剂的抗药性可能与质粒有关。
Objective To study resistance of Gram-negative(G-) bacillus isolated from hospital environment to common disinfectants and correlations between the plasmids and resistance.Methods Broth dilution was used to detect minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of gram-negative bacillus.The gene analysis was used to detect the plasmids extracted from the bacillus.Results The MIC and MBC of 3 kinds of gram-negative bacillus were different from 2 to 16 folds for 4 disinfectants.The ratios of MBC and MIC were about 2 folds for the same bacillus for different disinfectants.The number and size of plasmids varied among different bacillus.There was no plasmid in standard E.coli bacillus.Conclusion The differences of bacillus resistance to common disinfectants mainly depend on their diversity of species.Plasmids of bacillus may be associated with resistances to disinfectants.
