洁净手术室中关键控制点方法的应用

APPLICATION OF THE METHOD OF CONTROL KEY POINTS IN THE CLEAN OPERATING ROOM

目的研究洁净手术室管理的新方法即关键控制点的应用。方法运用危害分析关键控制点的方法,对洁净手术室内运行中危害因素进行分析判定。结果该医院14间洁净手术室在实施关键控制点措施之前,监测的5个主要项目中,除室内表面之外,其他监测项目合格率均比较低。实施开机时间、静压差和温湿度;门禁管理;手术室内消毒;医疗废物处理;设备维护等5个关键控制点6个月后进行监测,所有监测项目全部合格。结论运用危害因素关键控制点对洁净手术室进行管理,可明显提升洁净手术室空气质量。

Objective To study the application of a new method about control key points for the management of clean operating room.Methods The method of hazard analysis of critical control points was used to analyze the hazard factors when the clean operating room was operated.Results Among the 5 main monitoring items,the qualified rate of monitoring items was low except indoor surface in the 14 clean operating rooms before the method of control key points was applied.All the monitoring items were qualified after controlling the 5 key points-available machine time,static pressure difference and temperature and humidity,door-forbidden management,disinfection in the operating room and treatment of hospital waste for 6 months.Conclusion Using the method of hazard analysis of key control points to manage the Clean operating room can obviously improve the air quality in the clean operating room.
