P16、PRB在子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌病中的表达 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨P16、视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白质(PRB)在子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌病中表达的状况和意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测25例子宫内膜异位症患者和25例子宫腺肌病患者的病变组织中P16、PRB的表达,10例正常妇女的子宫内膜为对照。结果:子宫内膜异位症标本中P16的核阳性表达率为16%,PRB核阳性表达率为32%。子宫腺肌病标本中P16蛋白的阳性表达率为36%;PRB不表达。在10例正常妇女的子宫内膜标本中P16不表达,PRB的核阳性表达率为80%。结论:(1)子宫内膜异位症是肿瘤形成过程,具有恶性转化的潜力;(2)子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌病的发病机制不同。
