简易呼出气冷凝液收集装置的设计及临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:设计一种收集呼出气冷凝液(EBC)的简易装置,探讨其临床应用的可行性。方法:EBC的收集装置由三部分组成:制冷设备,冷凝管及集液器,单向阀。设定制冷温度为-20℃,测量11例正常健康者和10例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者在不同时间收集EBC的量。结果:11例正常健康者与10例COPD患者在制冷温度-20℃,15min左右收集EBC的量分别为(1.7±0.57)mL及(1.6±0.64)mL,随着收集时间的延长,两组受试者收集EBC的量均增加。收集EBC的量与年龄及肺功能参数FEV1%pred及FEV1/FVC无关。结论:自行设计的EBC收集装置价廉、便捷、重复性好,可用于临床研究。
