摘要
目的:研究自体红骨髓(ARBM)接种珊瑚羟基磷灰石(CHA)/重组人胰岛素样生长因子-I(rhIGF-I)复合人工骨修复兔桡骨缺的效果。方法:采用5月龄家兔36只,随机分成6组,制备双侧桡骨2cm全层骨缺损动物模型,以植入ARBM接种CHA/rhIGF-I复合人工骨材料为实验组,以分别植入CHA/rhIGF-I、ARBM/CHA、CHA、ARBM及缺损不处理为对照组,术后于4、8、12周行一般观察、X线检查及组织学观察成骨情况。结果:各时间点一般观察、X射线和组织学观察显示,在植入物内部血管化程度、骨小梁数量及骨干重塑上,ARBM接种CHA/rhIGF-I复合人工骨组明显优于其他各组,Lane-SandhuX射线及组织学评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ARBM接种CHA/rhIGF-I复合人工骨构建种植体成骨能力强,是修复骨缺损的良好方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of autogenous red bone marrow (ARBM) planted in the compound artificial bone of coralline hydroxyapatite (CHA) / recombinant human insulin-like growth factor-I (rhIGF-I) in the repair of rabbit radius bone defect. Methods Thirty-six 5-month-old rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups. The animal model of bone defect was made on the bilateral radius. While 5 groups were planted with the compounds of ARBM / CHA / rhIGF-I, CHA / rhIGF-I, ARBM / CHA, CHA and ARBM artificial bone respectively, and the control group was left untreated. The osteogenesis was observed by the X-ray analysis, gross morphology and histology observation at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after transplantation respectively. Results X- ray analysis, gross morphology and histology observation showed that ARBM / CHA / rhIGF-I group was better than other groups in terms of the growth of blood vessel into the implant, the quantity of the bone trabecula, the remolding of shaft structure. There is statistically significant difference between ARBM / CHA / rhIGF-I group and control groups (P 0.05). Conclusion The ARBM planted in the compounds of CHA / rhIGF-I artificial bone implants has good osteogenesis ability, so it is a promising method in the repair of bone defects.
