摘要
目的:探讨六味地黄颗粒对哮喘大鼠气道重塑可能的干预作用。方法:用ELISA法检测大鼠肺泡灌洗液中的透明质酸、层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型胶原水平,比较正常组、哮喘模型组、各用药组之间3种物质水平的差异。结果:六味地黄组肺泡灌洗液的层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型胶原水平均低于模型组,另外六味地黄颗粒加地塞米松组及六味地黄颗粒加布地奈德组的肺泡灌洗液Ⅲ型胶原水平也显著低于模型组及各单纯用药组。结论:六味地黄颗粒能有效的降低层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型胶原的生成,且能协同地塞米松或者布地奈德降低Ⅲ型胶原的生成。
Objective To investigate the possible intervention effect of Liuwei Dihuang granule on airway remodeling in asthma model rats. Methods The concentrations of hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and collagen Ⅲ(ⅢC) of asthma model rats in BALF(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF) were detected respectively by ELISA. Compared the levels of HA, LN and ⅢC among the nomal group, asthma model group, and every treatment group.Results The levels of LN and ⅢC in the Liuwei Dihuang granule group were both lower than that in the asthma model group. The levels of ⅢC in two treatment groups, including Liuwei Ddihuang granule with dexamethasone group and Liuwei Ddihuang granule with budesonide group, were significantly lower than the other groups. Conclusion Liuwei Ddihuang granule can effectively reduce the formation of LN and ⅢC, and can coordinate dexamethasone or budesonide to reduce the fomation of ⅢC.
