复发性脑梗死患者血小板聚集和阿司匹林抵抗的研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的:探讨血小板聚集和阿司匹林抵抗在脑梗死复发中的作用。方法:采用1∶2配对方法,对58例复发脑梗死患者(复发组)和116例初发脑梗死患者(初发组)入院当天血小板聚集率进行测定,并开始服用拜阿司匹林,100~200mg,每晚顿服,连续服用7~10d,复测血小板聚集率,并筛选出阿司匹林抵抗患者。结果:入院时复发组患者血小板聚集率高于初发组患者,服用拜阿司匹林7~10d后复发组患者阿司匹林抵抗的发生率高于初发组患者,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:血小板活化和阿司匹林抵抗在脑梗死复发中可能起重要作用,积极的抗血小板聚集,防治阿司匹林抵抗的发生对预防脑梗死的复发有重要的临床意义。
