基于MCLA模式与合作学习的创新型计算机应用人才培养模式的探索

Exploration Training Mode of Innovative Computer Applied Personnel Based on MCLA and Cooperative Learning

针对我国地方本科院校计算机人才培养中存在的实践能力不强、缺乏创新精神这一问题,提出将MCLA学习模式同合作学习理论结合起来,突出实践教育对创新应用型人才培养的重要作用。通过综合实践教育体系的构建搭建创新实践平台,增强计算机专业人才的创新能力和实践能力。

Aimming at the problems exist in local computer personnel training that practical ability is not strong and lack of innovation,combines with MCLA and cooperative learing theory,and makes the importance of practice education in innovative training of applied personnel clearly.Through constructing general practice education system,builds innovative practive platform,and this can improve the innovation and practical ability of computer professionals.
