摘要
基于水利工程中对大粒径混凝土防抗裂增韧的要求,进行了二级配骨料钢纤维混凝土断裂性能试验。分析了钢纤维体积率(钢纤维掺量)对钢纤维混凝土断裂韧度和断裂能的影响。结果表明:钢纤维的掺入明显提高了二级配混凝土的断裂性能,对其有较大的增韧效果。在此基础上,提出了钢纤维混凝土断裂韧度和断裂能的计算公式,并回归分析了钢纤维混凝土断裂韧度和断裂能与劈拉强度的关系式。
The fracture toughness test for steel fiber reinforced concrete with two gradation of aggregate has been made to meet the requirement of increasing toughness and restricting crack in hydraulic engineering.This thesis also discusses on the impact of steel fiber volume fraction on the fracture toughness and fracture energy of concrete.It indicates that to mix steel fiber into reinforced concrete obviously increases the fracture performance of reinforced concrete with two gradation of aggregate.On this basis,the calculation formula about the fracture toughness and fracture energy of the steel fiber has been proposed.And the relation between the fracture toughness and fracture energy and the splitting tensile strength has been also analysed.
