摘要
利用锂硅粉等量取代水泥配制混凝土,通过不同掺量、细度、外加剂对新拌混凝土的性能进行试验。结果表明:掺加锂硅粉能有效改善混凝土的黏聚性、保水性,对混凝土的坍落度及其经时损失也有着明显影响。通过调整混凝土用水量、外加剂种类和掺量可以有效改善新拌混凝土性能,满足预拌混凝土性能的要求。
Using equivalent Li-Si alloy powder to replace cement,the influence on the properties of fresh concrete with different dosage,fineness and admixture was investigated.Experimental results show that Adding Li-Si Alloy Powder in Concrete can improve cohesiveness,water retention,and has a significant influence on Slump and Slump Time losing.Through adjusting water consumption,kinds of additives and mixing amount,the properties of fresh concrete can be improved,so as to satisfy the quality of Commercial Concrete.
