摘要
根据钢纤维混凝土的力学特性和支护结构的力学作用机理,研究钢纤维混凝土喷层在煤矿巷道支护中适用性。通过数值分析,得出钢纤维混凝土喷层比素混凝土喷层变形要小,钢纤维混凝土喷层中的应力分布较均匀,有较好的柔性让压性能,同时拱顶角度对支护结构的应力也将产生一定影响,分析表明半圆拱形受力形式最好。结合现场应用,钢纤维混凝土喷层表现出韧性好、回弹损失率低和裂缝产生量少等特点,具有较高的应用推广价值。
According to mechanical principle of steel fiber concrete and effect mechanism in lining structure,the applicability steel fiber concrete in the coal mine spray tunnel protection is researched.By numerical analysis,compared with the general concrete spray layer,steel fiber concrete lining structure the stress distribution is more homogeneous and the yield capacity is better.At the same time the stress of supporting structure will have a definite impact by vault angle,result showed that the best form is arch.Project application shows that sprayed layer of steel fiber reinforced concrete has good toughness,low resilience and less cracks in the characteristics.therefore,it has high application value.
