摘要
以蚕的个体为宿主,核型多角体病毒为载体,应用基因工程的手段生产产量有限、价格昂贵的有用蛋白质与以大肠杆菌等原核生物的宿主载体系统生产出来的有用蛋白质相比,具有效价高、有糖链附加功能,更加接近自然蛋白质等优点;与以动物培养细胞为宿主的生产系统相比,成本低、生产效益高,利用蛋的宿主载体系统生产有用蛋白质在重组病毒DNA时,不需要其它特殊的标记,在普通光学显微镜下即可检出重组病毒。该系统安全可靠,可以大规模工厂化生产。
Usable protein featuring in limited output and expensive cost is obtained by means of genetic engineering taking silkworm as host and nucleus type multiangle virus as bearer. The protein has the advantages of high efficiency and valence, having the function of accepting carbohydrate chain and being even closer to natural protein. This production system has the advantages of low cost and high production efficiency as compared with that taking cultivated animal cell as host. No special label is required for recombined virus DNA using silkworm host-bearer system to produce usable protein. Recombined virus could be examined under normal optical microscope. The system is safe and reliable and could be used in a large scale or industrial production.
