摘要 随着信息化的发展,企业正面对着一个严峻的问题-IT管理。在介绍云计算和ITIL原理的基础上,针对企业IT管理问题的解决,提出了一种基于ITIL的云计算实施策略。 With the development of information technology, enterprises are facing a serious problem——IT management.To solve this problem, this paper introduces the principles of cloud computing and ITIL, and then proposes the implementation of cloud computing based on the ITIL.
