硬膜外腔注射结合推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Epidural Injection Combined with Manipulation in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的报道硬膜外腔药物注射结合中医推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法与疗效。方法回顾我科2008年1月～2009年12月采用硬膜外腔药物注射结合推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症206例。结果经治疗后6个月随访,根据JOA评价标准,优良率为88.83%。结论硬膜外腔注射结合推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To reporte methods and efficacy of epidural drug injection combined with manipulation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods We retrospective analyzed 206 case treated with epidural drug injection combined with manipulation from January 2008 to December 2009.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment,according to JOA evaluation criteria,the excellent and good rate was 88.83%.Conclusion Epidural injection combined with manipulation is a safe and effective treatment for lumbar disc herniation.
