2010年8月23日,在菲律宾发生了歹徒持枪劫持旅游大巴而导致多名香港同胞遇难和受伤。对此笔者深感痛惜,同时对菲律宾警察及特警在处理此次事件时的不专业感到非常失望。

Aug.23,2010,a former Philippine policeman held the whole bus passengers hostage,and killed many of them due to late responding and inefficient rescue actions by Philippine authority.Thinking of this disaster,the author brought forward the issue what passengers inside the bus,as well as rescuers from outside should do when such emergency happens.The article introduced in detail the actions rescuers should take,and suggested measures hostages would do to help themselves.
