耐力性项目训练负荷强度安排特征的研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对世界优秀耐力性项目运动员负荷安排特点的总结,并结合相关研究成果分析,发现:优秀耐力运动员更倾向于采用大量低强度负荷构建牢固的耐力基础,适当安排高强度负荷,较少利用"乳酸阈"强度的"两极化训练"模式。这样可以合理布局负荷节奏,平衡训练适应和压力之间的关系,获得更大的训练效益。 Through the methods of summary of the load arrangements among the world elite endurance athletes,combining with analysis of relevant research results,it can be found:elite endurance athletes tend to the "polarized-training" mode which emphasized the use of a large number of low-intensity loads to build a solid foundation for appropriate arrangements for high-intensity loads,and less use of "lactate threshold" intensity.In this way,we could load the rational distribution of rhythm,balance the relationship between adaptation of training and stress of training,and arrive at the greater training efficiency.
