4种体重评价法的体重评价比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 超重与肥胖影响着人们的健康,对肥胖评价的方法繁多,为探究哪种方法能更好地反映体重的真实情况,更好地指导学生对自身体重的认识,随机抽取152名女大学生,分别用身高标准体重法、身体质量指数法、多频率生物电阻抗法、WHR(腰臀比)法来判断研究对象的胖瘦特征。结果发现:身高标准体重法对低体重的判别标准过宽,不能反映实际情况,并且标准过于繁杂;BMI法能反映外观肥胖度,但不能反映体脂含量;WHR法能在一定程度上反映脂肪分布情况与外观肥胖度,又测量方法简便,易于学生自己操作;生物电阻抗—体脂百分比法能很好地反映身体的脂肪堆积情况,但由于仪器昂贵不能普及,建议用作科学研究。 Overweight and obesity affect people's health.There are many weight evaluation methods.In order to explore which method would better reflect the real situation of body weight,random sample of 152 female college students,body mass index method,bioelectrical impedance analysis,Weight for Height,WHR(waist-hip ratio) method were used to determine the characteristics of the weight.The results showed that the Criterion of Weight for height is too wide on low weight.It can not reflect the actual situation,and the standard is too complex.BMI method can reflect the appearance of Obesity,but it can not reflect the body fat content.WHR method can to reflect the appearance of obesity and fat distribution on some extent,and measurement method is simple.Bioelectrical impedance analysis-body fat percentage method can reflect the accumulation of body fat.However,expensive equipment can not be universal.It is proposed for scientific research.
