螺旋CT重建在诊断胫骨平台骨折中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨16层螺旋CT三维重建(VRT)及多平而重组(MPR)在胫骨平台骨折中的临床应用价值。方法 363例患者均行X线平片及16层螺旋CT扫描,并行三维重建VRT及MPR后处理。结果 363例胫骨平台骨折中,16层螺旋CT三维重建VRT及MPR全部显示,X线片漏诊8例。结论 16层螺旋CT三维重建VRT及MPR图像,帮助临床医师更全面直观地观察胫骨平台骨折、关节损伤情况,有利于骨折的正确分型,为临床医师制定治疗方案提供更准确细致的信息。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and three Dimension (3D) reconstruction images with 16-slice spiral CT in tibial plateau fractures. Methods 363 cases of tibial plateau fractures underwent X-ray and 16-slice spiral CT scan respectively. The data of 16-slice spiral CT scan performed three-dimensional reconstruction of VRT and MPR post-processing. Results Among the 363 cases, all of the tibial plateau fractures were showed on VRT and MPR images with 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and 8 cases were missed diagnosis on X-ray images. Conclusion The 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction of VRT and MPR images are useful for comprehensive observation of fractures and joint injuries, typing of fractures, and can provide more accurate and detailed information for clinical treatment.
