摘要
利用碎石型页岩为原料,通过基础试验和正交设计试验,研究焙烧制度对制备高性能膨胀页岩陶粒的影响。制备的页岩陶粒表观密度850kg/m^3,筒压强度6.8MPa,1h吸水率为4.1%,远低于国家标准对600~900级页岩陶粒优等品的吸水率小于10%的要求。该制备工艺简单,产品具有轻质高强、吸水率低等特点,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Shale is used as raw material to prepare high performance shale lightweight aggregate for the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection.Laws of shale lightweight aggregate are explored through basic tests and orthogonal tests.The results show that apparent density,press strength and 1h water absorption is 850kg/m3,6.8 MPa,4.1% which is far lower than national standards,respectively.Expansive shale lightweight aggregate prepared has lighter weight and higher specific strength,it has Good economic and social benefits.
