摘要
数字图书馆是新兴的产业,近年来得到了快速发展,由于数字图书馆产品共性大,替代性强等特征,导致目前的数字图书馆竞争激烈。结合超星数字图书馆开发实例,运用消费者行为学中的方法—目的链理论,从读者的角度出发,分析读者与数字图书馆的感知关系,提出"读者导向型"数字图书馆产品开发建议。
As a new emerging industry,the digital library has rapidly developed in recent years.At present,digital library has been showing drastic competition as a result of it' products have characteristic of substituted easily by large numbers of refresh analogues.Based on example of Superstar digital library,this research has used means-end theory of consumer psychology to analyze apperception relation between readers and library from the point of view of readers.The 'guided by readers' type is suggested in build digital library produces.
