提高科技论文关键词标引质量的探讨

Exploration on Improving the Quality of Key Words of Sci-tech Papers

在参考前人研究成果的基础上,结合我国相关标准和规范,对关键词的标引方法进行了讨论,认为关键词的标引主要是受控标引,但允许自由词的存在,其标引步骤为:论文审读→主题分析→抽词→规范化处理→标引结果审核。重点叙述了科技论文主题分析和主题词抽词技术,探讨了如何提高关键词的标引质量:科技论文主题分析要全面、规范化处理抽取的主题词,控制自由词数量。

Based on the achievements of former scholars and combined with some related Chinese standards,the index methods of key words are probed.The results show that key words are important words to describe the subjects of sci-tech papers;the index of key words is some kind of controlled index,while some free words are permitted.The steps of key words index are to read articles first,to analyze the theme of article,to take out some words from the article,to normalize those words by some tools,and to check the results at last.The method of taking out some words from the article was explained in detail.Some discussions were made on how to improve the quality of key words： the analysis of subjects of sci-tech papers should be integrated,the process of subject words should be done by lists of subject words and the number of free words should be controlled.
