连续性内部资料也叫内部报刊,作为我国报刊出版的重要组成部分,具有公开发行报刊的某些特征,同时又具备自身的特点和规律,但我国目前连续性内部资料无论是在出版还是规范上都还比较欠缺,特别在监管上都存在一定的漏洞,主要表现在缺乏管理和监管法规、从业人员水平参差不齐、经费违规操作等,需从业人员和对连续性内部资料关心的人士不断对其进行探索和研究,从而促使连续性内部资料的出版和管理规范化、系统化、科学化,更好的为社会主义文化建设服务。
