出版专业职业资格制度的建立是我国出版业人事制度的一项重大改革。该制度从2002年起施行,对全面提高从业人员专业素质,推动我国出版事业的健康有序发展起到了重要作用。全国出版专业职业资格考试已经进行了8年,它对于出版行业从业人员,在增加责任意识、规范职业行为、提高工作能力等方面都起到了极为重要的培训和指导作用。因此,任何一个有志于从事出版行业的人员都应高度重视这项考试。

Establishing the system of professional qualifications of publishing specialty is a significant reform in the personnel system of publishing industry in our country.The system was implemented in 2002.It has been playing an important role in completely promoting the specialty qualities of the working staff and pushing our publishing industry forward to a healthy,good-ordered development.National vocational qualifications in professional publishing has been carried out 8 years,which played an extremely important role in the training and guidance to the publishing industry practitioners on increase sense of responsibility,regulate professional conduct,improve the ability to work,etc.So,each person should attach great importance to the exam that interested in engaging in the publishing industry.I took and passed the exam of the vocational qualification in 2009,and get some experience.I hope it will be helpful to the editors who are preparing for the test.
