In the past few years,both the production of Agriculture and the Rural Economy have taken on a promising look,and before we know it,there have sprung up many individual libraries set up by the peasants themselves,with the advantages of both fund and management,which fact gives the rural library cause a good prospect.This article explores some new methods that the County Library has brought forth to support the rural individual libraries by analyzing the necessity and the feasi-bility to build up the rural individual libraries.
