摘要
技术评估是技术管理的重要方面,在过去的几十年受到了学术界的广泛关注。新技术价值评估作为技术评估的组成部分,是在综合考虑了不确定性和风险性的情况下,评价其可能的经济效益。在分析了大量文献的基础上,对新技术价值评估的方法和工具进行评述,最后提出了深入研究此问题的建议。
Technology assessment is an important area in technology management that has received great attention among researchers over the past decades.New technology valuation,as a part of technology assessment,is to evaluate the economic value of new technology with the overall consideration of uncertainties and risks.The paper summarized methods of valuation of new technology and suggested finally the limitations in the current research and some avenues of further research.
