国外科技园区建立于上世纪50年代晚期,主要以大学为基础并与大学不断互动。文章对国外学者关于科技园区的定义及特征、科技园区的发展与地域特色、科技园区发展的决定因素与政策及科技园区的贡献诸方面的研究成果进行梳理。

Foreign and technology park was established in the late 50s of last century.It is university-based and constantly interacted with the universities.The paper had a summary on the definition,characteristics,development,regional characteristics of science and technology park by the foreign scholars.It also sorted out the determinants of the development of science and technology park,the contribution of the research results with the policies.
