摘要
在我国高等教育规模持续扩张的背景下,大学生就业能力和就业绩效日益成为学术界关注的焦点。运用多层次个体行为问卷对大学生就业能力和就业绩效形成的环境匹配机制进行了实证分析,研究指出就业环境的不同维度对就业能力和就业绩效的影响效应显著不同,其中工作环境、学校环境和劳动力市场环境是重要的影响环境。
Much concern is focused on the employment competence and employment performance of undergraduate in universities under the enrollment expansion setting by the academic community.The study validates environment-match mechanism of employment competence and employment performance via multilevel individual behavioral questionnaires.It points out that different dimensions of employment environment have distinctively effect on employment competence and employment performance.Furthermore,working environment,university environment and labor market environment are the most important factors.
